I got radius 2.0 from livingston's site and installed it on RedHat's
Linux 4.2. When I ran the radiusd server the first time, it crashed and
asked for libdb.so.1 (ELF). So I created a a link to the new
libdb.so.2.0. Radius now starts, but always gives an error when trying
to authenticate users. The error is:
user_find: unable to parse check-items for user, .... unknow user
bob,etc.
I am not sure if this is a radius bug or a library routine
incompatibility.
Has anyone encountered this problem, or successfully installed RADIUS
2.0 on RH 4.2?
