Digital has been tooting its own horn about Digital Domain using
Alpha-based servers for graphics rendering. I went to their "gigahit"
site to peruse their propoganda...
The movie materials mentioned about how DD used Alphas 24x7 to get their
CGI renderings done. Then the stuff right after said Digital is THE
vender for Digital UNIX and NT CGI solutions.
They conveniently left out the fact DD used Alpha LINUX to do their CGI
work. Hmmmmm.......
