I have a ditto 3200 easy that I'd like to use w/ my linux system, but
someone told me that linux could not use parallel port drives. Well, I
found out that it *can* so I was wondering if this info is also wrong. It
is a parallel port drive. If not, does the ditto 800 easy work? I tried
to find this info in a howto, but couldn't find one (I thought that there
was a backup-howto).

thanks for the info!
Chris
