Don't know what causes it but, what I did was do an install, write down
which package it happened on, restarted install (leaving that package
out), then added the package manually after booting.
If it happens at different points, it might take more than a few trials.
I suspect it was one package causing it but, made it show up in
different places. At least, that was my experience. Wish I could
remember exactly which package I had to leave out.
Anyway, when I went to install manually, I had to copy the rpm from the
CD to the root as it caused an error every time I tried to rpm it from
CD.
