Hello! In SCO there is a file in /etc called "ttytype". This file is a table with ttys and the devices. I need a similar table for Linux. I want to use a serial terminal but I don't know what tty is associated with it. How can I use a serial terminal on Linux (RH4.2) ? Is there in Linux a file like "ttytype" file from SCO ?
