Am running RedHat 5.0 and the Apache bundle that came off of the CD. Am
running Netscape 4.04 on a Win95 workstation. The subnet is IP masq'd.

I have an oddity which I would definitely like to solve if anyone can
help. When I try and hit an html page on the server, if the page has a
.html extension, the page displays fine. If the page has a .htm
extension, it displays in ascii in Netscape.

If I hit the same pages located on a server running 4.2 (also a
registered www domain), both .htm and .html, both types display fine.
What I have not tested is runnng a 4.2 install and using Netscape 4.04
under Win95 and see how both .htm and .html types work.

Anyone have an idea what is happening here? Have searched around for
info on this abberation but cannot find a solution. Any advice would be
appreciated.
