I am printing to an HP JetDirect printer on the network, and I am using
banner pages. Problem is the banner pages come out last. I'd like to
print the banner pages first. I'd also like to create Postscript banner
pages. How do I do that, and how can I move the banner pages to the
beginning of the printing process?
