Something must be misconfigured somewhere. Anyone have best.com or
even my address specifically (why?) or hotmail.com in a block list
should reconsider. There have been incidents of spam from both hotmail.com
and best.com, but both are providers for thousands of legitimate users
and as such may from time to time have a few bad eggs.
I have never spammed. In fact, I am as anti-spam as you can get.
Hotmail and Best are both voraciously anti-spam, and those who do
so will find themselves without access very quickly.
