Hi,
Our organization has a major project coming up that requires that we
install a very stable file server, web server, ftp server and possibly Samba
support, and NFS support.
I would like to propose that we use RH 5.0 with all the upgrades. I'm
not familiar (yet) as to the differences from 4.2 to 5.0, but browsing the
RH web site it looks as if RH has put out much better documentation on
RH5.0.
So I'm asking for comments on the documentation (good/bad) that comes
with RH5.0.
This would be a new installation on hardware that is known to support
Red-Hat software.
If anyone can suggest a GOOD hardware vendor that supports RH 5.0 I would
be interested in any comments you have. Reliability is a MUST and a vendor
that will stand behind their hardware is a requirement
All comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

... steve
