Hello !!!
Has anybody installed the new libtermcap-2.0.8-4.1??? If so did you had
any problems??? I also wanted to install libtermcap-2.0.8-4.1 but I ran
into some problems.
I did this:
#rpm -U -vv libtermcap-2.0.8-4.1.i386.rpm
#rpm -U -vv libtermcap-devel-2.0.8-4.1.i386.rpm
It was going fine, until I ran a program (pine) that required termcap:

Can't open termcap file; check TERMCAP variable and/or system manager.
----
That only happend when I was logged in as a normal user (not as root). I
have checked the permission on the file and the permission were both the
same. So what could be wrong???
Yes I also started ldconfig!
