The ppp that ships with Red Hat has MS-CHAP80 disabled because of the
stupid US export restrictions. You will need to download and compile
it yourself if you want to use MS-CHAP80, I'm afraid.
There are RPMs with MS-CHAP80 enabled on ftp.replay.com (a site in
Holland). They're way out of date, though.
