Sounds like you're from a Slackware background.  ;-)

What you want is the kernel-2.0.32-3.i386.rpm package most likely, as well
as possibly some other related packages, depending on your exact situation
and problem.

I'd recommend you read the following document for instructions on
installing/upgrading your kernel:

Your situation might be somewhat different than the one the document above
is aimed for, but if you have problems following it, you can always ask
again on this list, giving more specific details of your situation.
