http://www.cs.utexas.edu/users/kharker/linux-laptop. The page has links to
Linux information on a number of laptops. Also, if it turns out you do
have a Neomagic chipset as others have mentioned, post to the linux-laptop
list at vger.rutgers.edu. There was someone on that list a few days again
trying to get rid of thier copy XiGraphics AccelX Server at what might be
