You need to read the Makefile, and figure out what it wants to know. Take a
stab at editing it, and if you still have problems, post some of the error
messages here, as long as they are not really big..

It stands for Linux Software Map, and it is a way of keeping track of all the
Linux software that is available, who maintains it, where to find it, and when
it was released.
There are tools available to allow you to search all the lsm's for a specific
software program you are interested in.
