I added the line that you mentioned and it did indeed do interesting things
to the color scheme,
unfortunately the Netscape thick and thin style font remains unaffected and
still as maddeningly unreadable on my lap-top screen. Certainly there must
be some way to mess with the Netscape font
besides clicking one of the unacceptable choices offered in "Preferences..."
I understand that Opera will soon be available to Linux users. None too
soon for me I think.
