Sendmail aliases

Is there a way to automatically create an entry in /etc/aliases for
[EMAIL PROTECTED] <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>  whereby when a user
is added to the system, the entry in /etc/aliases is automatically
updated daily ?
