My understanding (not having been in that position myself) is that since
Linux uses the BIOS for booting only, that as long as you want to use
the 3rd and 4th drives only for Linux (and do not boot from them) it is
not a problem, it should work. It MAY be possible that you need to tell
the kernel about them with a lilo boot prompt parameter, but I'm only
guessing on that.
