Hi all! I was running RedHat 5.0 for several months and using ncpfs without a problem. Recently (last week) after a few other problems with the box started to develop I was unable to mount novell servers. ncpmount would report "No server found when trying to find SERVER". I recompiled the kernel to no solution. Given the other issues I decided to upgrade to 5.1 and I am now running a pretty out of the box system. (I turned off alot of ports and stopped some daemons but no package changes) Again, the IPX loads fine but ncpmount reports unable to find server. Running dosemu I was able to mount the drives using the pdether and ipxodi but this is not how I would like to do it. slist reports "No server found in ncp_open" /proc/net/ipx_interface Network Node_Address Primary Device Frame_Type 13000000 0060081A4AB6 Yes eth0 EtherII If I start mars_nwe I can see myself only, no other servers. I have tried the other frame types but that didnt help. Any clues??
