You know?  I DID!  but it doesn't cover everything...

I simply asked how to enable pasv on a host.

I loaded the redhat RPM version of the kernel and modules which have IP 
MASQ enabled...and do NOT know squat about the io module for it.

I wanted to know if there is a way to enable pasv on a ftp server when you 
are connected to it via the command line..that is all.  Is it too much to 
ask to get poeple's input?  I have answered enough questions here NOT to be 
told to RTFM or RTFHOWTO
