Check first -- The sig req can be one of at least 3 types:  1) Sticker
says "Sig required."  Divertable.  2) Sticker says "Sig required, no
indirect delivery, no address change" You're out of luck.  3)  Package
label has #1 or #2 embedded in the bar code.  You're out of luck,
unless the courier's tracker (bar code scanner) has just died.
