First of all, a big thanks to everyone who explained setting up a dual boot
NT/Linux system. I got it working flawlessly. (...and I didn't need to
re-install NT!)

Now, I have a question relating to window managers. I prefer AfterStep as my
window manager, which is what I have chosen from the Preferences|Window
Managers menu. But, AfterStep in RH 5.0 seems to be different from the version
of AfterStep in 4.1. I can't find the step.rc file anywhere on my system. I
have tried 'whereis' to no avail. So... I tried downloading the AfterStep RPM
and installing it. Everything went well, except that I don't know how to make
it my default Window Manager. If I type 'afterstep' in an Xterm it says there
is already a Window Manager running. I tried editing my xinit file by
commenting out the other window managers and adding 'exec afterstep' to the end
of the file. After doing this, I tried to run X with the 'startx -- -bpp 24'
command and X wouldn't start at all. I got an error about missing fonts? Am I
editing the right file? Is there a step.rc file in the "default" installation
of AfterStep under RH 5.0? Why does AfterStep look so bad in RH 5.0 compared
to RH 4.1? (It used to have the gradient filled menus and the icons were
higher color depth. Even if I run X at 24 or 32 bpp, the icons still look like
8 bit images. :( )

Thanks Again,
