After I upgraded my kernel to a version with
Olicom token ring support compiled in, my NIC
card works great, except now I can't print to
the attached HP Laserjet 4000...it gives me:

lpr: lp: unknown printer

I checked /etc/conf.modules, which is empty;
should there be some info here regarding lp/lpd?
Is there any way to get the printer to work without
recompiling the kernel again, like just adding a module?
How would one go about doing this?

Thanks for any help you can give me on this as I have
been trying for two weeks to resolve this and have not
found the answer in TFM, TFW, archives, anywhere.
Greatly appreciated!!!

jeremy
