Is anyone else having problems with netscape 4.05 not allowing the arrow keys to move in the scrollable area frames of a page? Ie if the page has an index, banner, and main window, the index and banner are non scroll frames, the main is and text flows past the "fold" ( bottom of the screen ) in Mac/Win95/NT you can just use the arrow key down and up to scroll the window to read, in X you have to use the mouse.
