Hi,

Just wondering if this makes any sense to anybody:

May 31 03:02:34 gzunda kernel: Warning: kfree_skb passed an skb still on
a list
(from 0138faf4).
May 31 03:02:34 gzunda kernel: Unable to handle kernel paging request at
virtual
 address cc75e100
May 31 03:02:34 gzunda kernel: current->tss.cr3 = 00101000,
May 31 03:02:34 gzunda kernel: *pde = 00000000
May 31 03:02:34 gzunda kernel: Oops: 0000
May 31 03:02:34 gzunda kernel: CPU: 0
May 31 03:02:34 gzunda kernel: EIP: 0010:[<0c75e100>]

The end result was that the machine had frozen hard.

I have a feeling it was a network-related hack by
somebody, but I cannot prove this conclusively at this time.

The machine is a 120Mhz Pentium running RedHat 5.0 with 32 megs of RAM.

Anybody?

/var/log/secure does not show any obscure activities either...

Thanks in advance,

Grant
