Get the LSM template by FTP from sunsite.unc.edu. Fill it in. Send
it to the LSM submission address (the robot will check it). Once you
have the LSM right, upload it with a tar.gz file of your source code
to SunSITE's incoming directory. You will presently get an email from
the SunSITE "keeper" robot telling you where your package has been
moved to. If that's a different location to what you put in your
original LSM, correct it and resend it to the LSM robot. Then
announce your upload to the relevant places (following their
announcements guidelines as appropriate).
