Looks like you're looking for RAID Level 1 solution. There was an article in
Sysadmin (I think) not a long time ago, yes, I just found that. Look for June's
issue of SysAdmin. I've just checked their web site, but they don't publish
theirs articles, so you might want to contact the author, Derek Vacala

It would be nice to talk him into making this a RAID How-To
