Hello all ...
I'm a newbie to Linux and a new subscriber to the hurricane-list (not this
one - so please reply directly!) - but so far I'm glad I have abandoned NT
$erver for Linux. However, I'm having some trouble with samba shares. Can
anyone help, please?
When attempting to connect to my RedHat Linux 5.0 samba server, NT clients
are able to see the Linux machine in the browse list, but receive the
message "\\luna is not accessible. The account is not authorized to login
from this station."
I would be happy to provide a copy of smb.conf if it will help - but did
not send it this time to avoid an excessively verbose message.
Thanks in advance!
