Check out the IP-Masquerading mini-howto, under
/usr/doc/HOWTO/mini if you installed the howtos. As for the ethernet card,
you could try the ethernet howto, as well, or use the control-panel's
netcfg section. As long as you have support for the NIC in the kernel, or
compiled as a module, you should be able to set it up in netcfg rather
easily.
