Greetings!

I've set up a user (steve) using usercfg, and when I log on as "steve", I
log on fine, but I can't issue useful commands, such as "pico" or "man".
Also, when I check out the .bashrc file for "steve" as "root", it has the
correct paths, but I can't start X or even use pico.

Can you please point out what I may have done wrong and how I may resolve
this problem?  Thanks in advance!
