It sounds like kmail and netscape mail use different mail folder formats. I
believe netscape mail uses normal mbox format, which is basically one file per
folder, while kmail may use MH style folders, which is one message per file.
You might be able to do something like concatenate all the files from kmail
together into one file, then use something like New->Folder in NS mail to create
a new folder.
