check out <http://hcirisc.cs.binghamton.edu/~mrwizard/mrwizard.html>. Its
the foundation of a Masters Thesis of a friend of mine. I don't know
where it actually ended up, but it looks like it has the makings for such
a database. From what I've gleaned, there's a database against which
questions and queries are matched. "Expert" users may also reply to
users' questions in addition to the automated responses generated by Mr.
Wizard. See the page and then contact George to offer him kudos, throw
him some money and see if his baby would be good for this sort of thing!
