Hello Everyone,

Thanks for all of the suggestions. I believe the resolution problem I am
having with X windows is due to my video card's limitations. It only has 1 Meg
and I guess that isn't enough to do 640x480x32bits. :(

Now for the real question:

I downloaded a bunch of RPMS for Enlightenment and the GIMP. Some of the
packages installed alright, but others are giving me the following errors;

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------
failed dependencies:
        /bin/sh is needed by XFree86-libs-3.3.2-5
        /sbin/ldconfig is needed by XFree86-libs-3.3.2-5
        grep is needed by XFree86-libs-3.3.2-5
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------

or I get this:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------
Data type 9 not supported
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------

I am using Linux 4.1 here at work and 5.0 at home. I checked the directories
to make sure that the files listed in the failed dependencies were installed.
I found 'sh' in the /bin dir. 'ldconfig' was in /sbin. and grep was in
/bin. Are there any symlinks I need to make? Is this error because I am using
Redhat 4.1 instead of 5.0? (I will probably upgrade this system to 5.0
anyway.)

Thanks
