I had the same problem and the solution is quite subtile; start the
control-panel and check in the network configuration window if
the hostname of your computer is spelled EXACTLY the same at every
occurence, this seems to be case sensitive. Then you probably will
have to restart.
This solved it for me, I hope it helps you.
