Look at RFC 2317, "Classless IN-ADDR.ARPA delegation".  It describes a
method of splitting zones by extending the in-addr.arpa tree downwards
by using the first address and network mask length, designating zone,
and adding CNAMEs to redirect address lookup down the tree.

That only applies if your ISP is setup to delegate authority for your
subnet.  Forward lookup should be no problem for your subnet (assuming
your ISP designates authority for your domain to your server).
Reverse lookup requires a new zone that you control or some way to
changing your ISPs DNS records.
