Two possibilities, depending on whether you want to do it from a GUI tool 
or a command line:

1)  Use netcfg (from the control panel) to create the alias(es)

2)  copy /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 (with appropriate
    changes) to one or more other files, of the same base name but with
    added suffixes of the form ":0", ":1", etc.
