I am about to use PartitionMagic to repartition my hard disk. Since I've
never done this before, I want to make sure I'm going in the right direction
before I start.
Currently, that disk is one large FAT32 partition and the current OS is Win95.
Does the partitioning strategy listed below make sense? How much space do I
need to allocate for the Win95 system?
Partition # Use Size Type
----------- --- ---- ----
1 Win95 ?? FAT32
2 LINUX / 150MB LINUX Ext2
3 Win95 data/apps whatever's left FAT32
4 LINUX /usr 750MB LINUX Ext2
5 LINUX /home 750MB LINUX Ext2
6 LINUX /usr/X11R6 150MB LINUX Ext2
7 LINUX swap 64MB LINUX Ext2
I assume I need to put the boot partitions for both Win95 and LINUX at the
front of the disk.
