It's a crontab job running. Check the file /etc/crontab and the
directory /etc/cron.daily to figure out which entry is going crazy.
Of course the real question is "Whatcha doing at 1:00am playing at the
'puter?". I thought it was only us old insomniacs that did that. ;-)
