Might not be located on that particular CD rel;ease. You can get it from
ftp.redhat.com/pub/updates (I believe).

You invoke it with:

        netscape

or with:

        netscape &

to get the command-line back. Typing:

        netscape -h

will get a whole screen fulla options (-browser, -no-about-splash, 
-noraise, etc).
