libXm is motif, or lesstif, if it's faking.  I think in this case
somebody built wavplay-X11 with motif, which won't work if you don't
have the Motif libraries...

Try installing lesstif and attempt to install wavplay-X11.  If that 
doesn't work (I don't think it will, but I could be wrong) you still need
lesstif.  Get the source RPM for wavplay and rebuild it.  You should get
an rpm for the package wavplay, and one for the package wavplay-X11, which
you will be able to install after building it vs. lesstif.
