Um, yes, I mean *parsing* not *runtime*. Sorry, I'm writing the
implementation, so I was thinking about what you have to do to *implement* the
reader. Obviously that is really terrible wording, thanks for pointing that
out!
Perhaps the rule should be stated this way:
e{} maps to (e), and e{...} maps to (e ...).
