The man page says

What this means is that you can only do
*either*
rdiff-backup [options] <source> <dest>
*or*
rdiff-backup --remove-older-than <dest>
Means, you'd do the backup first and then call rdiff-backup once more
with remove-older-than:
rdiff-backup --remove-older-than 14D /media/storage/1/Music
