Hello I have a daily rdiff-backup plan to backup all machines and then verify all backups withs --verify. The backup of the most used machines (they also have the largest amount of data to backup) takes about 30 minutes. But after that, the verification takes about 12 hours.
Is this normal? Is it OK to verify the backups after every backup session, or is it used to check the data only once in a while? Thank you for your answer.
