Some years ago, we used to have a limit of 50k changes
(https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/commit/ad2b4fe12a291731f01881864b4800c1f9fbd27d).
It's unlikely that someone wants to revert such an old changeset today. If
they do, they're facing the exact same issue. Changeset splitting is kind of an
expected feature for reverters.
