Hi, what's the process for getting documentation for this new API added to
https://osm.wiki/API_v0.6 ?
I know anyone can edit that wiki page, but is there is a system to ensure the
documentation is factually accurate / written by a maintainer?
If it helps, I could write a draft based on my intepretation of [the filtering
code](https://github.com/AntonKhorev/openstreetmap-website/blob/2a5051376aac75c95cc57e3f39c3868cd5cf7c9f/app/controllers/api/changesets_controller.rb#L27-L41)
