Since the original poster didn't answer it, I consider "hard to spot
changesets with comments vs those without" problem fixed.
If anyone wants some other issue fixed, like "clutter"

they can open another issue. (and comment icons aren't the biggest source of
clutter; "Closed" for example takes more space)
