Thanks for following up on this. I still stand by it being a duplicate
(although I apologise for having missed that part of your description) because
changeset comment bodies are just a single example of what the existing issue
described. There is nothing to be gained by considering this one place in
isolation, so it's not really a sub issue at all. There is also no need to have
500+ individual issues, one for every distinct place that we show
user-generated content!
I'd be very happy for you to work on a solution, so a PR would be great to see.
Please be aware that there is already a PR mentioned in the original issue
https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/3429.
It would be ideal if we can find ways to fix this issue, so that it is fixed by
default when developers add new pages or add features to existing pages. That
might be hard to achieve though.
