So after 10 years I finally had to open this box. A brand new Squeezebox Radio that I received after my first Radio went up in smoke. Since I'd already bought a replacement back then, I didn't need this one and kept it in storage in case I needed another one. And that day has come. Unfortunately my trusted Radio randomly starts to loose power. I got it back working a while ago. But today it went down again and there seems to be no way to get it to accept mains power. So it keeps running on battery.
So glad I still have this one. Hope it works. And keeps on working for a long, long time. As, in my opinion, there still is no proper replacement for the Squeezebox Radio as an alarm clock. I love this device.
