Thanks for your prompt answer.

When I locally make my documentation, I am not installing a package.

I simply open my scribble/manual module in DrRacket and press Scribble HTML.

When I install my package from GITHUB, I use the package manager in the file menu of DrRacket.

It looks like you are implying that @(defmodule circuit-simulation/circuits #:packages ()) doesn’t work locally on your computer, but it should (provided that you raco pkg install it properly).
