Hi Bonface,

As I've already told you, I'm very excited that you're taking on this
work. :)

You can usually install raco packages offline, yes, in that you can go
to the source directory (usually wherever the info.rkt file is) and type:

  raco pkg install

This will "set up" that directory as the official place of install.
Does that make sense or answer your question at all?
