Yes, one of the SSDs in the arm64 build machine died while I was traveling in 
Australia for the R dev day. I was able to setup a new build VM on another 
machine remotely and things should be back to normal, but if you still see any 
issues, let me know.

The most preferred way to is email me, but you can also email R-SIG-Mac which 
is more appropriate than this list (which is for package development).
